I don't mean to alarm you, but the #1 thing that can get your stomach churning when building or renovating is the potential for a budget blowout!! It doesn't matter how big or small your project is. It doesn't matter if you've got $5k or $5m to spend.... everyone worries about their budget. And so they damn well should! It's a large chunk of money (sometimes your life savings) and you're going to spend it all on something you have little experience in. For many, it will be their FIRST TIME renovating or building anything. Now THAT is a pretty scary scenario.

But don't worry! We can help you address some of those budget butterflies. With the experience we have gained since starting Three Birds Renovations, we have so many tips and tricks to pass on to our fellow renovators - we've made the mistakes so you don't have to.
