HOUSE 9 IS HERE!

Hey gang.... I know we're all still wiping our brows from the extravaganza which was Bonnie's Dream Home, but there's no rest for the wicked so we already have our next renovation project done, dusted and ready to rock n roll. Yup it's been #organisedchaos over at Three Birds HQ.
For our ninth project, we've decided to go back to our roots, with a quickie reno of an old-school Aussie eyesore, located in our heartland - the Hills District of Sydney. This 60s home lacks all character and charm... the poor thing has no endearing features and absolutely zero street appeal - just what we're looking for! #uglyduckling
The home is on a nice-sized block of land (670 sqm) but the floor area is only 114 sqm which means there's just not enough house for modern day living. So we're going to blow out the back of this lil' beauty with a bold extension to increase the liveable space indoors and we'll completely transform the backyard from desolate wasteland to an alfresco extravaganza. Oh and that awful facade!? #eek It's going to need some some real reno magic!
