MODERN COASTAL BARN

Any builder’s wife will tell you that their own home build comes at the bottom of the list and that was definitely the case for Carina Bakker and hubby, Graeme. Graeme has been designing and building custom homes since 1990 and Carina has worked in the business with him since 2003 but it wasn’t until this year that their Modern Coastal Barn came to life.

They built their dream home on acreage near Port Stephens, New South Wales, as their first display home to showcase Graeme’s talents as a designer and the quality build by their team. FInished and styled to perfection, it’s definitely show home material!

VILLA CABARITA

First-time renovator Sarah-Jane Campbell-Page recently completed the full reno of a beachside beauty in Cabrita, Northern New South Wales and listed it on Airbnb for the world to enjoy. The coastal-inspired renovation is gorgeous and the impeccable styling adds the wow factor. As they say, the proof is in the pudding… feast your eyes on Villa Caba.

AN ENGLISH COUNTRY HOME

Located in East Anglia in the East of England, Elaine Wright’s stunning home exudes English country charm. Following on from her renovation, Elaine chose luxe new rugs, curtains, sofas, chairs, a bespoke media unit to style her home and updated the lighting throughout to drag it into the current decade while embracing its traditional location and architecture.
